REFUNDS
Daycare and Boarding
Animals are unpredictable sometimes. A pet who is well behaved and relaxed at a Meet Up may change their mind during the stay. I will always do everything in my power to make everyone safe and comfortable but sometimes it is just not the right fit.
If there is ever an issue of safety during a stay I may ask that the guest be removed. If the instigator is one of my own dogs, a full refund will be issued for the remaining days of your stay. If the instigator is a guest, a half refund will be given for the remaining days of your stay.

Food
Due to the short shelf life and customized nature of our raw meals, returns will not be accepted and refunds will not be given. If there is ever a problem with your food I am happy to work with you to create a better fit for you and your pup.
